Genuine TE Connectivity / Jaquet DSD 1820.19 S22HW Differential Hall Effect Speed Sensor, manufacturer part number 3742608632. This rugged dual-channel sensor is designed for precise, contact-free rotational speed detection from a ferromagnetic pole wheel in demanding industrial and transportation applications.
The sensor produces two phase-shifted square-wave signals with a frequency proportional to rotational speed. Its static Hall-effect operating principle supports pulse generation down to 0 Hz, while the two output channels can also provide direction-related phase information to compatible control and monitoring equipment.

Installation notes
The DSD 1820.19 S22HW is an oriented dual-channel sensor and must be installed in the correct position relative to the pole wheel. For best performance, use a magnetically permeable involute gear wheel with module 2, tooth width greater than 10 mm, side offset below 0.2 mm and eccentricity below 0.2 mm. Maintain an air gap of 0.1-1.5 mm and use a solid, vibration-free mounting.
Route the screened sensor cable away from power cables and large electrical machines. Electrical connection must follow the applicable sensor drawing. Installation should be performed by qualified personnel.
