The BFS III Push-in Plug (A51000) is the standard filling valve used in BFS single-point battery watering systems for lead-acid batteries with a 35 mm (S35) cell vent opening. It combines a push-in III fitting with a mounted Ø22 mm float (24 mm float height) that automatically shuts off water flow once the correct electrolyte level is reached, so each cell is topped up to the right level every time without overfilling.

Push-in III Fitting: Installs directly into standard S35 (35 mm) cell vent openings without tools, for fast retrofitting of existing traction and industrial batteries.
Automatic Float Shut-off: The Ø22 mm / 24 mm float rises with the electrolyte level and closes the valve automatically, preventing overfilling and acid overflow.
Filling Pressure Range 0.2–3.8 bar: Works with both gravity-fed and pressurized single-point watering systems.
Minimum Installation Depth 46 mm: Sized to fit standard battery cell geometries used across most industrial lead-acid battery brands.
